Emergency assistance. The VFW Military Assistance Program will continue to help military families with financial aid through our VFW Unmet Needs Program as well as free call time through VFW Operation UplinkTM. These vital programs help our troops and their families endure the hardships of extended deployments as well as farewell and welcome home activities.
Fighting for benefits. VFW service officers can continue to work one-on-one with veterans to help them cut through bureaucratic red tape and receive the life-changing benefits they were promised.
