Speaking on the Sacred Rites given to the Lakota (Sioux)

Please share an evening to experience a look into the Lakota world with ancient sacred songs and gain some understanding of the symbolism behind the Sundance, the Vision Quest, the Sweat Lodge and more….

Peter has conducted the Spotted Eagle Sundance at his home on the Pine Ridge Reservation for the past 32 years, the longest running Sundance in Lakota Country. He co-authored the book, 'Sacred Fireplace - The Life and Teachings of a Lakota Medicine Man' with his father, Pete Catches Sr. He has authored 'Lakota Language Book/CD,' 'From Lost Beginnings,' 'Lakota Language Workbook/CD-Book One & Book Two,' 'Realities Within,' and 'Seven Sacred Rites of the Lakota CD.'
