We've been sending out Notices of Objection to energy corporations, casino companies and the following policing and taxation agencies
who impose themselves illegally on us and our territory. We are
informing them to start moving. All other Indigenous nations need
to do this too. Your comments would be appreciated. All agencies
and corporations have been put on notice that we Women Title
Holders are resisting their theft of our land and resources and the
future of our children. We have to constantly challenge them. We
are right. If you would like to write to them, please do so. It's
every woman's responsibility to save the land, the people and the
environment.

OBJECTION TO:
According to our law, the Women Title Holders are
the "progenitors of the soil" of the Kanion'ke:haka/Mohawk Nation.
We are the caretakers of the land, water and air. We are notifying
you and the International Forum of Nations of our constitutional
rights in our homeland that are being violated.
Your invasion of our territory requires the permission of
the entire Mohawk Nation. Accordingly, our territory presently
called "New York State", "Ontario" and "Quebec" are legally held by
the Women of our Nation. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and the
Mohawk Council of Akwesasne are non-Indian corporations created by
federal and state laws, violating the U.S. Constitution and the
Canadian constitution. They are illegal municipal level entities
who speak for the outside authorities and not for us. It is well-
known that these local policing agencies of New York State, Ontario
and Quebec and elsewhere target our people. We demand that you drop
your schemes to invade our territory immediately. We also demand
that you cease your constant lying and profiling of our people.
You are misleading your people and trying to make them believe that
we are dangerous, terrorists and radicals and that you require arms
to maintain control over us. You know full well that you can never
control us with arms. You could kill us but you can't make us let
you think for us. We have always defended our right to self-
determination. We did this before the right to self-determination
was recognized under international law. We continue to do this now
that the right to self-determination is recognized as a universal
human right.
We oppose the recent illegal invitation by the St. Regis
Mohawk Tribe Inc. and the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne to allow
foreign police and tax agencies to enter the international territory
of Akwesasne, including their tribal police forces who aid and abet
these outsiders. They have no right to enter into international
agreements with the : FEMA, HOMELAND SECURITY, RCMP, OPP, SQ, FBI,
CIA, BORDER PATROL, CORNWALL POLICE, MASSENA POLICE, IBET, COAST
GUARD, AKWESASNE MOHAWK POLICE SERVICE, MOHAWK TRIBAL POLICE, ATF,
MINUTE MEN, NYSTATE POLICE, NATIONAL GUARD, U.S. MILITARY SERVICES,
NY DEPT. OF TAXATION; INTERNAL REVENUE OF TAXATION; A.G. OF U.S.,
A.G. OF CANADA, CANADIAN ASSN. OF POLICE CHIEFS, U.S. TREASURY
DEPT., A.G. NYS, DEPT. OF INTERIOR, DEPT. INDIAN AFFAIRS, CANADA
BORDER SERVICES, U.S. SUPREME COURT, SUPREME COURT OF CANADA . U.S.
CUSTOM AND IMMIGRATION AND CANADA CUSTOMS AND REVENUE AGENCY
This list is obscene. Don't you guys know how to get along
with anyone? Don't you know how to live without using force to
impose your will on others?
We never made agreements with the United States and Canada
to inspect our businesses. We have a sovereign right to control our
own affairs. You have no right to attempt to control us in this
way. You methodology is a violation of international law. You are
trying to use force to impose your will on us. We never agreed to
pay taxes to outsiders, just as you have never agreed to pay taxes
to foreign states. All of your police organizations constitute
criminal attempts by large states to oppress our small nation. All
your negotiations with the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. and the
Mohawk Council of Akwesasne must cease and desist immediately.
You have no right to force colonial federal, provincial and
state laws on us. There is no treaty with us as designated under
Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2, Clause 1 of the U.S.
Constitution, or under Sections 109 and 132 of the Canadian
Constitution. Any agreement must be ratified at Onondaga and by a
2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate. All substitutes are unconstitutional.
The continuing rule of the Kaianereh'ko:wa is expressly and
explicitly confirmed by Article XI of the 1775 Philadelphia Articles
of Confederation and Article VI of the 1789 Constitution of the
United States.
Our relationship is based on the Guswentha/Two Row Wampum
Agreement. The Kaianereh'ko:wa and U.S. Constitution agreed to
respect this agreement as an "alternative to war". In accord with
due process the United States must show us how one of our citizens
has committed a wrong, injury or harm to your people. Only the
President of the United States may contact us according to our
constitution-to-constitution relationship. Foreign agencies cannot
enter our community to enforce their foreign colonial laws upon our
people. We must follow nation-to-nation protocol. You should
actually go through our customs office to come onto our territory
for any reason whatsoever. It's only because of our good graces
that we have not installed customs houses which could seriously
delay the business of your citizens. However, the fact that we have
not installed customs houses does not mean that we do not have the
right to do so.
We have registered our objection to this illegal assumption
of jurisdiction made by the federal, state, provincial and local
governments of the United States and Canada. We brought this
constitutional jurisdiction issue before the U.S. Supreme Court.
See No. 05-165: 2005. In The Supreme Court of the United States In
re Kanion'ke:haka Kaianereh'ko:wa Kanon'ses:neh, Non-party,
Petitioner/Movant/Appellant, The Canadian St. Regis Band of Mohawk
Indians, Plaintiffs, Respondents, v. The State of New York,
Defendants, Respondents. Petition for Writs of Certiorari and Quo
Warranto with Prohibition and Mandamus in Aid to Prevent Genocide.
Rules 17.1 and 20.1.
In Canada we took the same action – see Kanion'ke:haka
Kaianereh'ko:wa Kanon'ses:neh v. Attorney General of Canada and Her
Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario, Court File: 05-CV-030785.
The federal, state and provincial governments have evaded
the constitutions of both the Kanion'ke:haka and the United States
and Canada and violates the rule of law. By doing so, they are
committing genocide of our nation and the faces yet unborn.
FURTHER OBJECTIONS:
Whereas:
1. Jurisdiction over our territory now called "New York
State," "Southern Ontario" and "Quebec" and beyond, belong to the
Rotinonshonni/Iroquois Confederacy.
2. Article II, Section 2, Clause 2, Paragraph 1 of the U.S.
Constitution respects that relations with us shall be conducted on a
nation-to-nation basis; Sections 109 and 132 of the constitution of
Canada declares that the interests of Indians shall supersede that
of Canada and its provinces and that the relations with us shall be
conducted on a nation-to-nation basis. The constitution is the law
of the land. Contracts and wheeling and dealing by these foreign
policing and taxation agencies do not supersede the constitution-to-
constitution relationship between our nations. Their conduct is
treasonous and lawless.
3. The United States and Canada have never made a treaty of
cession with the Rotinonshonni Confederacy. We continue to have
constitutional jurisdiction over all Kaianereh'ko:wa lands. Contact
with the constitutional Indigenous people must be made only through
the President of the United States or the Governor General of
Canada, not with the corporate tribal or band buddies of the outside
interests.
4. The denial of a nation's existence constitutes genocide,
according to the many international covenants that the United States
and Canada have pledged to uphold;
Therefore:
5. We demand that the federal, state, provincial and local
tribal governments immediately cease and desist your illegal
assumption of jurisdiction on our territory.
6. We demand that George W. Bush, and Her Majesty the Queen
immediately abide by our constitution-to-constitution relationship.
7. Finally, we demand to be officially informed how
federal, state, provincial and local tribal and band `governments'
can violate international law and the rule of law by superseding our
jurisdiction over land that we never surrendered through a treaty or
any means whatsoever.
