"Yes on Question 1" announces this morning that Representative Timothy Driscoll (D-Westbrook) was added to our latest 30-television ad. Rep. Driscoll, an emergency room nurse, speaks about the benefits of Question 1 to children – ten percent of the racino revenue is dedicated to the "Fund for A Healthy Maine" for substance abuse prevention and treatment, childcare, dental and oral health and school based health programs, prescription drugs for the elderly or disabled, and health care for kids and adults.
