Free Eye Care and Glasses

United American Indian Involvement, Inc. has partnered with Give the Gift of Sight Foundation through LensCrafters to provide free eye exams and glasses during the week of September 24 to 28, 2007. This is open to all communities targeting children ages 4 to 21 - American Indians and non American Indians as well. No documents are required except for a signed consent form by the parents or guardians of minors under 18 years of age if not accompanied by parents/ guardians to the appointment. Anyone who cannot afford an eye exam and / or glasses will be eligible whether they have insurance or not as long as they are within the target ages.
