We are sad to announce that Dennison John youngest son of Lavina and Danny John has passed. He was in a car accident . Funeral arrangements are being made. Please call or email for information or, to send condolences or if you can help with funeral expenses.

Little Big Medicine is the vision of Diné medicine people, Chief Danny John and First Lady Lavina John.

For 30 years, Danny and Lavina have practiced Traditional healing throughout the western United States. And for as many years, they have been involved with the Sundance ceremony. For the past seven years, they have conducted the Little Big Medicine Sundance at Wheatfields, Arizona.

Danny John: "See, as far as the Sundance ceremony, we ask for people to come with their traditions, whether it comes in the form of knowing a little medicine, knowing a simple diet, knowing a simple prayer, the thoughts they come with. It’s a healing for whomever. So, we bring that all together and through that ceremony, it’s a Big Medicine. It’s a healing for a lot of people."
