There are thousands of people who make Paint Shop Pro Picture tubes and share them with others for personal use only, to create their own websites or to make graphics for personal pleasure and the pleasure of others.

Permission is granted to those who make the picture tubes and ownership is actively sought. If someone purchases a poster and decides to create a Paint Shop Pro Picture tube from it, or sees an image (where permission should be requested for use) they are not doing it for the money, as hard as some people find that to believe. Not everyone does things for personal or monetary gain.
